Lucille Baldwin Shepard

Lucille B. Shepard, 79, of Fort Pierce, FL died Monday July 30, 2012 at Indian River Medical Center.

She was born on October 6, 1932 in Rochelle, GA and has been a resident of Saint Lucie County sixty plus years.

Lucille attended the public schools of Saint Lucie County and Lincoln Park Academy.

She was in the agriculture business as a laborer and later worked in the Hill Top Restaurant business.

Survivors include her daughter, Letonia F. Shepard, of Fort Pierce, FL; brothers, Verlin Baldwin, of Sandiego, CA; Charles (Doris) Baldwin, Chesapeake, VA; Leroy (Ethel) Baldwin, Atlanta, GA; sisters, Edyce (Ernest) Sanders, of Fort Pierce, FL; Alvornia (Lamar) Davis, of Newark, NJ; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, Mother Rosa Baldwin and Deacon Leonard Baldwin, brothers, Leonard Baldwin Jr., James Baldwin, and a sister Bernice Baldwin.

Visitation will be held 3 to 7PM Friday August 3, 2012 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11AM Saturday August 4, 2012 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Pierce. Arrangements are under the direction of Stone Brothers Funeral Home.
